Training with ScyclePro
Every ScyclePro training plan is built around three key weekly sessions. Each of these individual sessions are selected from a bank of more than 200, then each is tailored (for power targets, volume, work/rest ratio etc) based on your test results. Not only that, the weekly / monthly progressions are also fully customised to ensure that results continue to flow and the dreaded "plateau" (or worse still...slide) is always avoided. Once your plan is complete, simply re-test, upload the results and your new plan is instantly available. ALWAYS moving forward
Of course we also realise that sometimes you don't want structure and would prefer to simply rides with your friends or regular group. ScyclePro has that covered as well with advice and modifications provided so that you both improve performance and enjoy your riding.
