Select Your Ride the Range Training Plan
It is important to select the training plan that is best suited to you. Riders will do best using a plan that is well matched in terms of:
Current fitness level and training load
What you most want to get out of your Ride the Range experience (goals for the event)
So, use the guide to help you select the best plan for you. If by chance you find after a week or two of training that the plan is too difficult or too easy, simply return to the page and download an easier or harder plan.
Best of luck with your training and preparation for the big day. Ride the Range is truly one of the most challenging, beautiful and iconic events in Australia and we know that your newfound fitness level will enable you to enjoy the day even more.
